What is our process?
Meet with clients to define the session's purpose and clearly articulate the session's purpose and goals. Gather information and data to support the planning process. This can include financial reports, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis. Schedule the session, choose a date and time that works for all participants, and allow enough time for the session to be effective.
KC facilitators decide on the format of the session, develop the appropriate activities and resources and identify processes for reaching decisions and resolving conflicts.
During the session, we will conduct a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the organization. Based on this analysis, we will develop strategies to address challenges and seize opportunities. The session will conclude with action planning, where specific actions and responsibilities will be assigned to implement the strategies and achieve the goals.
Finally, we will establish a process for monitoring progress and reviewing the strategic plan on a regular basis. The end result will be a comprehensive and effective strategic plan that will guide the future growth and success of your organisation.
